WOW!! I'm just really lost for words, I'm so thankful I've found you here on KZbin! I see myself within you so much, I fell in love with the beauty world at a very young age as well but growing up I always seen Hair Stylist complaining, working hard, didn't love their job etc. So I decided to go to school for nursing and just keep my passion for beauty as a hobby, I'm now 21 years old working as a LPN and finally realized becoming Briana The Beautician is my true calling, GOD has given me an amazing talent and I need to pursue it. your message is so inspiring. Im in nursing school n love hair however I dont know how to braid. I dont see myself working in the healthcare industry cuz i feel like I'll be so miserable but with being a freelance hairstylist, secure income is not guaranteed. Ill be 27 by the time I finish nursing school n wonder if Im too old to start learning how to braid

Your journey is inspiring ✨! I just ordered your book. My problem is that I’m always Inspired and I get some results but not what I expected, and right now with 2020 I’m in need of a shift from behind the chair 24/7. I’m so lost on where to go with my career and how I can create an income without having to stand up on my feet all the time until I retire. I’ve bought so many online courses but I still feel lost, not to mention how can I save for retirement in the hair industry.

Marquetta, I absolutely appreciate you launching this video series. I have bee. A long time fan of your since finding braids by breslin on KZbin. You are so correct in ehat you shared and im so glad that you are so bold to tell the truth. I recently left a position as a commission employee at salon because I just got tired. I have this vision in my mind and I was reflecting on how I needed a 3 year plan to get myself from behind the chair. In the lsdt month I have gotten my business licence, got insursnce, and a reatail permit, contafts to vendors, and products that help me to enhance my guests and evolve within the world of beauty. I am a mom, a wife, an entrepreneur. I guess I figured you know its time for me to invest in me do it my way, because I know that I will be happier driving my dream bus :) thanks again, you are awesome.

Wow in the State of NY you can not even touch hair without a license , you still need to be licensed by the state of NY to be call a hairstylist, you have to earn it

wow this is crazy I feel like god put you here just for me I NEVER KNEW ANYBODY WHO HAD THE SAME STORY AS ME I have thought about the Million Dollar Stylist for a while had this person in my head for a while but just like in your book people knocked it and tried to take it from my. Especially when I try and want to do alot of things in this industry people say thats going to be to much or your going to need to hire more people or something of that nature. I would like to see a video on how to sell hair to your clients? Finding a vendor? I would like to also see a video on how to take all your knowledge as a million dollar stylst and making them all work? How do you figure out what to do first? I wish I lived where you lived lol this is great that you do videos though.
