We have had the worst experience with your grand staff this morning (24 October 2024, at Orly 3, Check in 35 at 6AM). The amount of unprofessionalism, unhelplessness and arrogance, while keeping us for several minutes and making us miss our flight by 3 minutes! They refused to share their names and kept laughing about our misfortune of missing our flight, but we were kept at the luggage tag machines, with nobody around to help. After many years of flying Transavia, this was shocking to say the least! I have submitted a formal complaint. A FUIR!!
