Haha onion would have been a bit awkward! Honey sounds and no doubt tastes better. I like the idea of visiting all those less touristy places to sample some locally made food and drink. Being English it's hard to take tea being served in a glass 😆. Chicken skewer looked amazing! I assume this was filmed before the terrible earthquake that struck this area recently, thoughts to all those affected. 🇲🇦

Actually Moroccan cuisine is mix of Berber , Andalusia, Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine. Offbeat means different from ordinary, usual . Raib is one of most popular yogurt drinks , gets sweetness from added mint or pomegranate syrup . Whole milk , sugar some form of yogurt . It’s Moroccan style yogurt often flavored with orange, blossom, rose water and home made , available at local markets , stores typically sell diary products and pastries. Bocadillo is traditional Colombian sweet . There are herbs used in Moroccan tea such as spearmint, pennyroyal saga , green thyme , wormwood. Rosemary tea is healthy tea and helps to improve digestive process and keeps you healthy and happy. Favorite tea in Morocco is mint tea and Chinese green tea . We in Arabic countries love tea with cardamom or sugar .harria soup consists of lentils and chickpeas, fresh herbs warm spices included turmeric, cinnamon. Sfenj babydah and sfenj means in Arabic sponge called also khfef it’s fried and soft chewy shape like doughnuts in Moroccan countries, Algeria, Tunisia. Chicken brochettes is thread chicken cubes , peppers , onion grill for about 10 minutes on each side . Sardine balls is classic Moroccan recipe for petite sardine Spicy homemade with tomato sauce . ngl I lived in Morocco for 25years and never dared to try does "stinky bocadillos" or things of the sort, I'm sure if you just looked around you would've found cleaner places that sell the same thing, where the vendor don't touch things with their hands. even if they are clean, my brain can't accept eating that after seeing him grab things with his hands.
