Nice videos. Just a shame about the total lack of effort to at least try and properly pronounce Welsh placenames. I mean, can you imagine the outrage if we called London 'Limton' or something?

Really enjoyed your video thank you. By the way, some friendly advice - no need to say boarded on to train, etc. because to board something means to get on. 😊

Much better organized than the seventies, my family were delayed in 1972, we were on the first flight in the morning but the fog did not clear about 2o'clock. We were called for our delayed flight but a group from London area thought this should be their flight. It was explained that it was first come first to fly, it got quite ugly and they had to be escorted from the airport and told to get the ferry. As for the Scillonian ifs best to have a strong stomach.

Omg I went down the steep path that people warned against going down 😢 it was so scary and I felt I wouldn't make it down. The challenge of that scramble had adrenaline pumped max.

Brilliant Video, straight forward with an honest interpret, and no feeders or typical tourist click bait, The price break down was very helpfully regarded. Thanks. Will Guernsey or Jersey perhaps be a future endeavour?

Yes . Buying in Morocco is a big jump culturally. The bargaining, the tipping and also the negotiating between multiple levels. Very often ,you are not exchanging cash/ product with just 1 person . It seems that at many levels , everyone is on the take. The big boss gets the most money but under him , others get less. Very strange system. You never see prices on any goods .

Hi, seems like a good video, but I can't hear your voice. It's just a whisper I hear. Is there anyway it can be edited so that I can hear you as I am literally putting my device to my year to hear.

Definitely not expensive for IOS and all the trips that you did. More expensive if you stay on any of the off islands.

The airline are required to cover the cost of your accommodation plus appropriate meals and refreshments. That is UK law. You should not have been asked to pay the hotel bill They have a duty of care to you while you are delayed. Please ensure that you know your rights

Excellent video. We had the same experience in May of this year,2024, when the flights out from Exeter were cancelled. We were put up in a lovely hotel (at our own expense) and the following morning taken by coach down to Penzance to board the Scillonian, my goodness what a crossing. I think I was one of the few who thankfully were not ill !! We did receive the money back for the hotel whilst on the islands but had to wait for compensation for the loss of the days holiday /accommodation etc back from the insurers and then only received a fraction of our costs.
