very informative video, agar husband ka permanent address jharkhand ka hai aur wife ka permanent address odisha ka hai lekin wife ka current address bangalore ka hai jo uske passport mein hai tab kya woh bangalore se marriage certificate banwa sakte hain ? aur agar marriage invitation card nahi hai to woh accept karenge, please reply

Dono husband ya wife mai se kisi ek ka permanenet address proof Bangalore ka hona chahiye. NAHI , bina marriage invitation card ke woh accept nahi karenge. Tip:- Ek single card print karwa lijiye. Uske saath marrige ka 2 pics bhi chahiye with relatives taken on wedding day.

Thank you for the information What is the case when Groom is in Bangalore and Bride is from different state, with her address details from the native (not in BLR) but Groom has residential proof in Blr Marriage happens in the different state than Karnataka

What I believe that marriage should be registered where the marriage is happened. At registar office, they check the venue also. But, if groom's address is of bangalore, with some extra cash it can be done here. Actually documentation is the only part where they can trouble you, but all can be done with "Suvidha Sulks"

Yes, all 3 witness should be physically present there. But with extra cash, this can be skipped(tried this already). But if possible please take witnesses with you,

There is no restrictions based on caste/religion, Any one can apply. But you should have some kind of marriage invitation printed, same as hindus or any other religion.
