You have to wait around a year for them to approve it. I just got approved the 22nd of this month. After that they have to send it to the visa department and then the visa department have to send you another stuff in about 5 to 10 days is it long process you just need to have patience

Sir theres also a case where Uscis approved application and then sent it to NVC but after 3 months wait when we asked for any update by email they said they don’t have application or USCIs didn’t sent then then we apllied for application in uscis again but didn’t received. So just wondering if i can help ? Plz

Hi if you can please reply me recently my I-130 has been approved on Jan 4 and not sure how long it will take to come nvc welcome letter but my question is on Jan 23 I’m traveling to out of country to meet my wife and if I get nvc welcome letter in those days is there gonna be any problem if I did late in uploading documents please reply
