Erin and Elliot were wed on Friday, June 17, 2022 at St. Hilary Catholic Church in Akron, OH. The reception was held at Portage Country Club in Akron, OH.
When they first started dating in the middle of Covid, Elliott's parents only knew Erin as Hyde Park because that's where she lived in Cincinnati. Elliott's parents knew things were getting serious when they asked 'How's Hyde Park?' and Elliott very tartly, replied. 'Her name is Erin.'
Erin, since she was a little girl, has been known through her many aliases and nicknames, all of which do tend to highlight her enormous amount of energy, passion and drive. As Erin grew into a young lady, she put all this energy into helping children with disabilities. It's a perfect role for her and one she has perfected from a young age by osmosis with her brother PJ.
Jonah, Best Man, "Elliot and I are both only children. Elliot told me that brothers was something that he always wished he had. He's got a bunch lined up at this table. He's got four more. Austin, Matt, James and PJ. This is a special moment. I just want you guys both to appreciate it. This moment here with everybody here is only going to happen once."
