He was a sad out of work Pilot right ? and of course Eso Dike was a trip trying to get back with Deza's wife which was his old fling... I liked all the seasons . I hated when Maurice got stabbed... I really enjoyed this movie. I love how steady the story line was. No Abracadabra. People who inflict pain usually don't even know how much hurt they cause, but the pain lives rent free in their victims. I love the fact that Jennifer was not a nag. She really embraced chastity at the time she needed to and she won over her husband by her character. I like that they weren't intrusive in each others pain and had built the trust that enabled them to share. It ended well. Thank you Omoni😊

2nd time seeing Chioma(playing lady of the night saga) with Deza. She has such a Super Fantastic personality love her. She delivered her Assignment like no other. Her wardrobe was on point, just a natural slayer. What can I say Deza outstanding as usual those suits entire outfit straight out of GQ magazine. Nuff Respect! I just love the lady, she is so calm and very sweet above all very smart and appreciative. Other ladies would've not been so grateful and loyal but she was despite how cold her husband was to her. Beautiful Movie how individuals can bounce- back and heal from Trauma of their past. Jennifer & her husband’s 😮 experiences with Loss were able to transform their relationship once they stopped nursing their hurts and wounds of grief by forgiving themselves of their past. Lord have mercy that “Woman of God” / mother’s spirituality added to their grief. Instead of showing love, empathy & compassion she saw everything as a spiritual issue and wanted to FIX her son’s challenges as she did with her husband / his father. Life has a Rhythm and people ought to let God be God and stay out of His Way! So glad Deza & Jennifer found true love in each other. Love is patient, Love is kind; love is long suffering and endures all things! Love never fails ❤

Watched this movie again last night. It just occurred to me that the story kind of linked lives together. The mother saw what she saw, but in the grand scheme of things, Jennifer needed healing and closure and somehow Gerald's own problem brought that closure in the end.. Him dealing with his own demons taught both of them patience, patience with how they both lived together despite their differences. Gerald never disrespected her with her past and did let his cautious side kick in with trying to ensure she wasn't still dragged to her past... My first time watching it was just another movie, watching it again felt like a big jigsaw puzzle their issues gradually painted a bigger picture of... @OmoniOboliTv. Something about this movie so far... I will definitely watch it again...

Who was feeling the 🎺Jazz in the background. It was a whole mood. The ambiance was giving. It reminded me of a Spike Lee Joint (movie) that's what he calls all his movies. It took me there for a minute.That's what jazz and the right background music can do but in Marriage of Inconvenience it just elevated the intrigue and mystery for me and it made me think about the pouring rain & even thunder like something was about to happen. Deza and Chioma recently did a piece where she was an Escort but this one solidified how versatile they both are. Deza and Chioma nailed there roles being in this very distinct & out there Omoni Oboli space. Her films are unique , modern, sophisticated, and major motion picture quality. I love them, they get better & better, I now look forward to Fridays. Salute: Omoni, Deza, Chioma, Ms. Chinyere, Atewe, Writers, and crew...🌹

Omoni thank you also for bringing Atewe 💛 Raphael to our screens. Atewe has captured our ❤ one masterpiece at a time. Even in less than favorable situations i'm still glad he made an appearance bc this is what actors do. I must say though Deza and Chioma have some of the best chemistry and it's always magical and special any time their onscreen together.

I hate choppy movies. The editing was horrible. Like some of the movie was missing. Anyway, in the beginning, when he asked Jennifer for directions to the hotel, she told him to , go down, make a left, then make a left, and another left and it would be right there. Don't that put him damn near on the same street/road/alley way that he's on !!!! Just saying 😅. How'd you miss that mi amor !!!! Word up 😄

That scene Gerald was confessing to his mother how he met Jennifer and she said…. “ha ga mekwaya deliverance“ (They must deliver her) got me rolling 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I enjoyed watching! I must say it’s a sad story having to grapple with horrible life experience from the past that can leave someone forever traumatized and devastated until you find the strength to heal and get past it. Glad it ended in joy. Thank you auntie Omoni for this masterpiece and kudos to all the great actors who brought life to these characters in the movie. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤❤

This is the second movie I'm seeing with Chioma Okafor in it and she is a phenomenal actor. Her face is so expressive , she does not need to over-act to express the necessary emotions. I hope she becomes mainstream soon.
