Something that has really helped me to grow and not get so bothered by things is to ask myself “will this matter in 5 years?” And if it won’t then I let it go. Another good one is “will I remember this in 5 years” I can’t remember the reason for most of the arguments I’ve had and it hasn’t even been 5 years. Hope this helps!!

I'm jealous that you guys didn't get judged when you got married young. I know it's more common in Utah to get married young which is probably why, but even now a year after we got married, my husband and I still hear rude and suggestive comments about why we got married. :( Its so frustrating to hear strangers comment on my life, and it honestly makes me want to forward the years to when were old enough to not get comments on it anymore.

Good for you both for taking the time to have kids and enjoying this season of life. I remember having all these thoughts about what I thought it would be like to have kids & then we had 1 and it was definitely a game changer (you'll understand that term once you've entered the season). We're 3 kids deep and feeling thankful that we were able to have a season with just us. We travelled & loved our time. Having kids definitely adds a new dynamic. We work together too so I totally get that! And his work is here at home and I work from home but we sometimes have to help each other so it's totally hard but definitely worth it. It's funny cause we were 5 hours apart before marriage and sometimes we just begged to be together and then now it's like let's do something apart, I'm sure you understand that! We've been married 3 years and have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so much different then yalls too! But I wish we would have had a minute of being married not pregnant you know.
