I have a question regarding giving birth in Brazil. My spouse and I have a visa validity of one year with multi-entry, but each entry is limited to one month. We plan to come to Brazil and it may take a couple of months until our baby is born. Can we still apply for permanent residency even if our visas expire during this time?

Thank you so much for watching. When you get into Brazil, you will be given 1 month visa and when it is almost getting expired, you can extend it for another 3 months that will be all enough for you to give birth and apply for your PR. Also it is good to get in when you are almost due, maybe 7 to 8 months, so that you can catch up.
