Is there no separation between professional life and home life? Does the manager while at work, or the CEO of a corporation have to get the approval from their spouse on each decision? I understand if it's scheduling, timing of work trips, or applying for a promotion. But there must be a limit somewhere. In the end all decisions at work can effect the home - good decisions may result in a raise or bonus, bad decisions could result in getting fired.
