Sadly, this could never happen anymore. Not even in the Assimilated Universe as Theresa had freed herself and the myriad souls of Sarkaz. Originium no longer contain any trace of her and can no longer bring her back. Originium cannot grant this wish. Even so, I kinda hope a miracle would happen at the end where Doctor's soul will be reunited with Theresa's(kinda like Shirou through the miracles of his own efforts reuniting with Artoria/Saber in Avalon).
