To be honest & fair, Contessa came back with an agenda to stir the pot with LaTeasha, Contessa had 3 years to reach out to Heavenly to express how she made her feel, so when she returned, it wouldn't have been much tension & to be honest again, it was Toya who started it, she should have left well enough alone, You can't force relationships; In Heavenly's defense, how many times does a person have to tell you to quit telling & pointing your finger at them?

Tbh, and so what if she’s the problem? No one cares about sweet tea and her mama. As messed up as Heavenly can be, she is also able to have strong connections. In fact, she has a strong relationship with most of the women on the show. She spends time with many of them off cameras. She was also able to break her generational curses and have a great relationship with her kids (seemingly). In short, her craziness is still a fit for the group. They’ll be fine

I think Quad forgot about the way she treated them when she was on her talk show and how she was saying the talk show girls were her real friends and not the married to medicine crew and I really believe that's why they feel the way they do towards her the distance the emotional connection cuz she basically dissed them right on TV. And for her to act like that really didn't affect them is kind of naive on her part. Why would they think she was going hungry and crying and sitting in the dark with the lights out over what happened on that last trip That's something for her to convey to them how they made her feel I wouldn't have called her if I felt like we don't have a connection anymore. And you had her voice on point and you had me cracking up. Lol

I do not care about heavenly not having a relationship with her mom and how she grew up and this and that and the other thing when are you going to take responsibility for yourself in your actions. That's the same thing black men used as an excuse but I was raised by a single mama okay she raised you and now you're 50 something years old when are you going to start being responsible for yourself. If you feel you have problems and you still can't get over your past then you need to go get help you can't be taken out your past on somebody's current because you have the issue. I just want to start by saying I love your reviews, they’re my favorite, hands down! That said, I respectfully disagree with your take on the Dr. Heavenly and Dr. Contessa argument. I feel like Heavenly was the one who brought up family first by mentioning Contessa’s husband when the conversation had nothing to do with him. That’s why I think Contessa reacted the way she did. I agree with Contessa when she says Heavenly often goes below the belt and rarely gets held accountable for it. People tend to say, “Oh, that’s just Heavenly,” instead of calling her out directly. I think this situation is another example of that. Just my two cents! Thanks for always giving us great content.

Would any other viewers be able to pinpoint for me, where Scott appeared to be abusive? I've watched all the seasons too - but what I saw was an avoidant personality - and dismissiveness. He generally kept to himself and seemed concerned, yet supportive of Contessa's various interests. As a viewer, I remember thinking that their drama seemed a bit contrived and performative - a storyline, if you will - because there were little to no signs of any of it prior to their rocky season. None of their trials, felt real to me. I don't necessarily see in Contessa a woman who is abused or living in fear. I see a woman that was tired with the stationing of her life and frustrated with Scott's complacency and simplicity. She's outgrown him and the life they created, but feels bound, due to their children. Her going far for school and exiting the home was a tell tale sign for me. Contessa did a lot of speaking in past seasons, out of frustration, uncontrollably so, without thinking, and to an extent, misrepresented her marriage and Scott in the process. That's where a lot of her anger is coming from, I believe - the inability to pull back things, she might have said in haste or in retaliation to her avoidance, complacent husband. Again, would love for other viewers to tap in on this - I feel like there is something I missed, or perhaps my lens is just a bit different.

This was a good episode here!! I think them telling Sweet Tea to not talk was due to them all realizing that the situation with Contessa and Heavenly should be paused. The moment had passed, so Sweet Tea deciding to add her two cents was kind of unnecessary. Now why is Contessa gaslighting the hell out of us! 🤣🤣🤣 now where is this couple trip and Apollo hahaha

I would love to understand this Dr. Heavenly bully theory but, I still can't. Contessa literally ran Heavenly down to the ground and we don't talk enough about it. Then she tried to gaslight us to think Heavenly started the melee but Contessa stood up asked the woman about what she thought he marriage, asked her why she cared and proceeded to try to fight her, board certification be damned and Heavenly needs to grow up? She then went home added extra sauce to the story when Scott asked what happened and said Heavenly used to be your biggest fan... we all saw Heavenly tell her to make her marriage and children her first priority. After she disagreed with her and went to Tennessee anyway Contessa started the Scott is abusive and dismissive campaign and Heavenly then aligned herself with Contessa. Who's friends don't? Then the world asked if he was abusive and Heavenly responded not physically maybe verbally and mentally. Contessa was even in the closet on KZbin telling us she was filling for divorce! I cannot with Contessa.

Greg is doing the same thing. He sent Sweet Tea for Heavenly because they both were mad about Heavenly's opinion on what Sweet Tea said about her own marriage and how Quad was right. Sweet Tea started attacking Heavenly's businesses (Dr. Heavenly University and her dental practice). So Heavenly went after Greg because Sweet Tea has nothing to lose. Sweet Tea should've kept it to whats on the show. She drew first blood by trying to bring up off camera convos where Heavenly said she hit Damon with a frying pan. Greg likes the drama and it's obvious he be hyping Sweet Tea up like an attack dog. Damon knows this thats why he's not letting him slide. Damon is giving him a low level threat without saying much, basically "if your wife touches my wife, imma touch you."

I really like the duo of Eugene and Dr Damon , they are so funny and level headed . I get what Cecil was saying , the man always catch straights but they move on . I remember when Dr Eugene was called Eugina 😂. Sweet Tea brought the husband into the fight , the pedo comment was crazy and deserves an apology, but both Sweet Tea and Heavenly were going for each others husband .
