The mangaka said that there’s episodes of new anime original content on their previous livestream and not that long ago did an animator on Twitter say that the finale of Cour 3 was done, so Cour 4 is absolutely not ready yet. Adapting a manga from years ago is one thing and they can animate certain scenes to tease/hype up manga readers, but brand new episodes from the creator isn’t instant (the ‘upcoming’ arc in the manga still isn’t started in earnest yet and there’s also the LNs, like Can’t Fear Your Own World having stuff being imported into the anime, like Shinji’s Bankai and something else probably.)
