Mars conjunct Mars in Synastry: I was made for loving you

Hello astrology fans :) , here is my take on Mars conjunct Mars in synastry(aspects between two natal charts)
Also, the photos used in the video are of Xena and Ares, from the famous 90s TV show-the vibe beween them and their storyline seems to embody the energy of this Mars-Mars conjunction pretty well.

Very accurate, the man definitely feels the explosive attraction predominantly but it actually invokes a sense of comfort that as the masculine he's the one that's driven towards you. As the woman in this, I too feel the same level of attraction but more of a peaceful conviction that he represents / perfectly reflects the grand masculine archetype within me, I'm very drawn to his masculinity, we both invoke fire in each other, it's explosive, it's lasting and it's pure life force fire. My gosh! This is so true (minus the sibling rivalry part)! He fell in love with me the very first day we met. He keeps saying that I was made for him and he was made to love me. He just puts me at ease. We're Mars in Scorpio 😍🔥 On our first date, we were sitting on different sides of the table but at the end of date, we were sitting very close and it was unintentional. My Mars is 1 degree in Capricorn and his is 2 degree Capricorn literally on top of each other and almost exact and omg. I have never in my life had this intense aspect. I can’t even describe it I have no words. On top of that we have Venus Conj Moon but I would honestly say it’s the Mars conjunction that we both feel the most we are both competitive, ambitious, strong and yet insanely and intensely drawn to each other in a passionate way. It’s crazy!

I would agree it’s more the male that is attracted to the female with the same Mars and also Capricorn in a female chart is dominate masculine energy. There is two sides to this energy thought either you will become magnetic lovers… Or you could become enemies because Mars is naturally aggressive, competitive, etc.

Oh god. I have this conjunction with this guy, 2 deg orb... plus a Pluto/asc in Scorpio conjunction 1 degree orb, plus my sun and Venus in Aries conjunct his Jupiter AND north node. And you’re right, he felt this wayyyy before I did. Exactly 2 years before I did. And somehow this Mars in Aries transit kicked him into gear. I’m scared shitless because the energy is very strong. Thank you for making this! My husband and I have our Mars conjuct in Leo. I feel like what you are saying is so true. It really validates my relationship, because sometimes it feels like we’re too opposite. I have Mars conjunct Venus in the 10th house, and he has his Mars conjuct Saturn in the 7th house. I don't know how to interpret this. In western astrology we have a 2 Orb Mars conjunction. But his Mars is in Virgo, mine in Libra. In vedic we have also a 2 Orb conjunction but in Scorpio.. are we having a real conjunction?

@@elisabethviennese2844 Hi :) If your Mars is in Virgo and his in Libra, and 2 degrees apart, my guess is that yes you do have the conjunction, in Virgo. To get Sidereal placements, you need to subtract about 23 degrees and 40 minutes from the Tropical placements.

Ex: IC conjunct the descendent, MC conjunct the ascendant ...There is scant information on it online. I forget the site that speaks in depth about it, but a google search would bring it up. You chose perfect pictures for this aspect. I had a giggle over its Xena and we’re talking about a Mars aspect. I see some comments contesting the sibling rivalry notion in this synastry aspect and I disagree with them. It’s a very playful, ‘I’m going to one-up you’ type ‘rivalry’, not a ‘I hate you, I can’t stand you’ type rivalry. It’s the type of relation that you might see between two siblings that feel so close it’s just understood that the competition is for fun and excitement, though there may be some air of silly conceit held over the other in a win. Again- all very playful, sporty, jesting…I picture it like how you see with puppies or kittens in a litter, growing up together, sparring with one another. If one of them gets too rough with the other letting out a yelp, they will stop the sparring and do something sweet like lick them where they might have hurt them. Then no offense is taken and they go right back to playing, or off to wander somewhere together. They’re at ease with one another and with getting close to the physical form of the other and enjoyment in doing activities together.

That cannot happen according to vedic astrology. Are you using the Sidereal Zodiac? That is what I use. 2 planets are conjunct only if they are in the same sign.

Hi, the trine aspect actually does not exist in Vedic astrology-as a side note, however I think Mars being in the same element, or at least in the same polarity(sextile) adds to compatibility.

I mostly use Vedic, but I am familiar with the Tropical interpretations very well, too, since I learned astrology from the Tropical perspective in the first 15 years or so. I can say that trine and sextile will add to compatibility, but will not present as strong of an attraction as the conjunction.
