I am so glad you are speaking on this. I said this same message to a friend of mine when she asked me what does this all mean? I told her, I think its to be radically brave, to deep dive into our unconscious, subconsious shadows from trauma that have stopped us from being who we are meant to be, to do what we really love to do and be what we truly want to be. To find our own way, to do the hard work of healing. To follow our hearts. Because if we are following our own hearts, we shine, and we allow our higher selves to shine, and when we do that we have so much more to give the rest of the world. Thanks so much for this. I've been on a huge traumatic healing journey this whole 16 yes and had CPTSD and chronic fatigue (freeze responce) for 8 yrs. All in the shadows transmuting the darkness on my own and no one sees or truly understands, so it's been very difficult to reject societies expectations of me and find ways to get my needs met and honoured by myself, let alone society or anyone else. As I slowly come out of the darkness I'm still putting pressure on myself 'to be better now' and what society will then expect me to go back to being 'normal' and contribute in normal ways. I have no idea where I'll end up or how to navigate this. But you remind me I have to continue to follow my own way without pressure to conform. Huge times..... 🙏💙🌠

It’s such synchronicity that you’re discussing moving from a place of fear. Yesterday I dedicated my yoga practice to fear because moving from fear has serve me well I have accomplished a lot and still been able to maintain my sense of self and integrity. But now, however, I’m being asked to move from a place of authority and autonomy, joy and bliss and knowing that I am 100% provided for on my path of purpose. This requires me to part ways with fear and I’m in the process of grieving the accomplishment that fear brought me and facing the bravery needed to move from a different place, and facing the outcomes of that shift into Bliss.

And leaning into self care. But was just meditating on the letting go of fear and healing. And reflecting on the paradigms that led me to this moment. And thinking the same.. Thank you for helping to understand Mars at the final degrees of Cancer opposite Pluto at the final degree of Capricorn. I was born with Sun in Fourth House at 29 degrees Capricorn i.e. conjunct this Pluto location at its final transit into Aquarius. Also having my north node is in Aries and First House in Scorpio conjunction this New Moon in Scorpio. And so this feels highly relevant and valuable and much welcomed at this very intense time.
