The highest I’ve been is at the top of Mt Toubkal, Morocco - the highest point in North Africa and the descent was the hardest thing I’ve ever done by far. Also got a 10th house sun in 23 degrees Cancer.

Hats off to you, Adam for this talk! While talking about the need for purpose and releasing yourself from purpose you offered your own vulnerability. That drew from me, and perhaps from many of your viewers, a responsive vulnerability of acceptance of their own struggles. I loved the image of offering one's sword to Mars and praying for guidance in this retrograde period. If you ever get the chance do read T.S. Eliot's "The Rock," in which he says: "I say to you: Make perfect your will, I say: take no thought of the harvest, But only of proper sowing." This is the best video I've watched in months. So much of what was shared deeply resonated. I have the Sun, Mars & Venus tightly conj in Aries in the 10th house. On paper, the Sun exhalted in Aries in the 10th has a tremendous amount of potential, but its not always realized. Adam is correct, it's not an easy placement by any means. I'm currently in a place in my life where I'm struggling to find meaning. Nothing seems to be fulfilling or worth pursuing. This has been going on for a few years, but it's become incredibly intense in the last 6 months. I feel a lot of pressure to be doing something but without a target, it seems pointless. Oh man. Your insight #1, do not lament the descent, this resonates so powerfully! There is a saying in the hot air balloon community: it is better to be down here wishing you were up there than to be up there wishing you were down here. The goal is never to to reach the greatest height, it is always always always to have a soft landing. And we wish each other soft landings. I remember vividly the feeling of sending my young daughter off on her first flight. It was the descent that gripped my heart. Wonderful insights, as always. Thanks so much 🙏

Hey! First time ever commenting on a video. Thanks for your work, great stuff. Just wanted to share a thought, I feel like this Mars retro is part of a series of events that will set up the foundation to an epic 2026 summer. Basically starting with July 3rd, up until the August 12th Leo Solar Eclipse, there is an intense level of activity. Just on the day of the Solar eclipse, Mars finally returns to Cancer, and is involved in almost every major aspect one way or another during the cycle. Considering there has never been any other time, at least in the past 4000 years where the 3 outer planets shifted signs within 2 years, this feels big... Hopefully in a good way.

The last time Mars was retrograde in Leo was August 2023 when Haumea was completing its 29th degree. Hawaii had a fire break out in Lahaina during this time. I find it interesting to study this dance between Venus & Leo. Venus in Capricorn, Mars in Leo, and Pluto having just completed its 29th degree right after the hurricanes.
