Ahhh I love this talk so much. I was JUST having a conversation with a friend about how literally everything, even the most mundane, everyday things - like eating popcorn, spilling a drink, or the design on your kid’s diapers - can be a form of divination, if you’re open to it. Intention and being open to the ongoing dialogue with Spirit is everything, and everything is a prayer. There’s so much magic in the mundane, and it’s part of what makes life so beautiful, leaving us craving for more.

Excited imagination is absolutely a thing if you’re not careful, but the longer you intentionally work your intuitive muscle, the more discerning you become on whether or not something is a divine message. Divination becomes like a massive mandala with interconnected signs and synchronicities throughout daily life. Being intentionally present and embodied is key.

I just don't resonate wiht this idea we are communicating with "spirit". It's so vague. Everything is spirit...so what does spirit mean? I'd say we are communicating with everything and via our higher self (wisest part of our soul that can't be fully embodied as it's all non-physical) we sift through what is relevant information for us. It may sound like a detail, but to me, dialogue with "spirit" is one of those platitudes we are leaning on too much in spirituality.

True for the clock as an artificial device for measuring time .. but if you focus on the sun at mid heaven then it is the defining and causal factor that makes it noon... and without which it will not be noon.... then there is always the bigger cosmic plan beyond ...

It's such an honor to listen to your talks like this one. Why you don't have at least 500k followers yet boggles my mind. But I love that fact that because you are not world famous yet gives us all here more access to you in some way. Our Magicians in the Queer community are being attacked. Our Drag Queens who are always at the forefront of protest are being targeted and with them our Trans tribal members as well. It's interesting that you bring up the Salem Witch Trials with this transit. I feel that there is a moment coming where we will have the opportunity to shine ever brighter as a result, so that the world can see how beneficial and medicinal our presence is on this planet, and how injurious the attacks are and have been throughout history. Adam, I have read meditations on the tarot through the years since I received the book in 1996. It is one of those books that speak to you differently as you read and re read it. I am so glad you found it. It has been so helpful to me in surrendering my will and see many things, astrology included so differently as most of the world sees it. To think of everything as living and changing with us and as we choose to begin to enter into relationship with anything the consiousness with which we enter is what is revealed. The more sacred and open, with love truth and beauty we bow and dance the more illusion is seen through and truth is revealed. I have Mars conjunct sun trine Neptune. Astrology is an artform. I had to learn not to go down a darker path because it was and in someways is always a temptation and is slovelnly and selfish.

I have Mars square Neptune natally and have been trying to find answers to how I can best work with this aspect. Part of my experience with it has been a feeling I've only described up to today as "making profound spiritual discoveries about myself and the world around me from time to time and then giving myself amnesia about them". I felt so seen around 34:52. I feel like I have these moments of magic and feeling alive but they always leave, often very suddenly. Thank you, love to listen to all of this. Nr 7, at 27.17--> is so important to remember, and thats the love and soul we all give, into, whatever we practice on. I have not dared, to do much readings, even though a long life with astrology beside me. But the best reading I did many yrs ago now, I was so tired before it, had not slept at all, and then that happened, the chart became alive, because not any of my own senses stood in the Way, for truly Opening Up. Thank you very much for the thought provoking talk today! It is interesting to look back into history and find events happened during a previous transit. People are always afraid of things that they don't know and cannot control. I'm glad that we are in modern ages where "Magic" can still be found and without persecution. Magician card in Tarot reading represents "being effective at planning and achieving personal goals". He has clarity of the mind of what to do next. He is powerful - with one hand pointing to heaven, the other to earth. It echoes "as above so below". I cannot connect it with Neptune and Mars square. I think that the Moon card (18th Arcana) is more befitting the Neptune and Mars square. Under the Moon, everything looks tranquil and enchanting but not what they really are. A path appears and it may take you to your destiny but it is not straight, full of twists and turns - what danger lurks in the darkness? This card came up a few times in my reading for this week. It reminds of Neptune a lot🙂

Interesting. I dreamed of a wooden elephant's head without a trunk though last night. I also just painted myself a QWAN YIN picture which I put above the bed where I sleep, she means compassion. So good, and the information about the Salem witch trials gave me goosebumps, partly because I’m reading a book about a Dominican theologian from the 1400s who, according to the author was a direct and powerful contributor to the witch hunts in Europe which later influenced the Salem witch trials. Going to go through the dates in the book and look at the astrology now. It’s called “Battling Demons”, by Michael D. Bailey. Also I very much relate to the importance of relating to symbols; feels like asking for consent to me. Divining is an intimate act and mutual consent is necessary, which necessitates deep listening, not only to the symbol but to oneself. I must be able to listen deeply to myself before engaging in order to be clear on where I’m coming from and what I’m bringing.

I think the planets being symbolic or messengers with multiplicity of meaning doesn’t just mean that the mechanism or psychological component is necessarily linear , they can be actually causal and symbolic or divinatory at the same time , because it’s interesting that when you speak about Mars you say this is what Mars does and this is what it’s energy is , so if it was merely symbolic how could it have its own energy and mechanism or functions, if Mars is a living being how isnt that that has a cause on in or through human beings and environment

My ex husband who has mars, north node and moon in 1st house...who struggles psycologically. He is a trickster archetype. He has neptune opposite his pluto and Mars is square his pluto. He seems to have gone off the deep end. He has become delusional and aggressive. He believes he is normal. He has gotten worse over the years. He is struggling with tough energy and he will and has never accepted advice. He has a tough incarnation for sure. My ex of 25 years...is a master at manipulation. So good that I didn't realize how much I was under the spell. My kids as well. He uses his anger and ability to twist, deny, and blamshift words. He destroyed our family due to his vindictiveness towards me. He would make fun and persecute me for my study of astrology. I think he was envious. He also was scared as well.
