The fact that you show the blurry footage so we can't see the carnage and the suffering of these soldiers is like a slap in the face The world should see it and should know it because that's what happened and that's what these men went through and people need not forget!

While I understand exactly what you're saying, I think you may be shooting the messenger. And I don't mean any offense cuz I do really understand the point you're making. But I know I personally don't provide any monetary support to this uploader and so I'm just happy that it is on here for me to be aware of the sacrifices made during this battle. The demonetization of certain channels for showing what some may view as being graphic images truly does hurt the message and takes away from the sacrifice. These soldiers made. Right there with ya brother.

I like these video as well. But I have a question? Around the 25:00 mark, when allied air bombardment of the German Panzers began, a German soldier said words like ".... I never saw anything like it, this kind of war was new to us." How was it new? The Germans used the same tactics - known as blitzkrieg then - when the war started.
@seegurke93 Жыл бұрын
Bewegungskrieg. Blitzkrieg was a name given by a british journalist. It is a myth and held on. Its called Bewegungskrieg or combined warfare in correct terms :) Just so you know.

Latter model Shermans were not pron to fire. The crew were dead were not count correctly (I belive), the Sherman loss numbers are very high and the repair units didn't keep count of the bodies removed from refurbished tanks. I came on here to make the same protest of obscuring images of casualties. Why do this ? Surely not doing so and having veiwers see these images will not sugarcoat war’s brutality which needs to be reinforced to the general public.
@Chiller01 Жыл бұрын
It’s become a KZbin problem. The channel is afraid of being demonetized or worse by the increasingly oppressive KZbin censors. Obviously these documentaries were originally created for prime time viewing on television. It’s ridiculous that any image of dead or wounded men or animals in an historical documentary are deemed unacceptable.
