i would check with electronic repair shop if they do these type of repair. if not, your best best is to find replacement parts online. If it was me, i would open it up and see if anything is cusing the volume to turn off the speaker. maybe a short, pressure, etc.

@@stmplay3611 1st of all don't use fast charger, use only one normal charger for emberton, same issue for my emberton after replaced the battery now on normal event you increase the volume to max. not suddenly turnoff

Two important points: - charge port PCB would be easily replaced BUT IT CANNOT BE SOURCED/BOUGHT (unless an eBay seller parts units out, which happens occasionally). Marshall DOES NOT SELL REPLACEMENT internal parts. See below how I painstakingly replaced mine. - NEVER PURCHASE A DEMO UNIT thinking you can get it working (firmware in them prevents BT, battery charging & more). Only way to fix is buying a fully functional main PCB from an eBay seller that happens to sell one. As replacement charge ports are not available I hacked a similar one in. It took hours, thin (wire wrap) wire, precise soldering, epoxy + sealer. The greatest challenge here was the sealing - it must be airtight or you’ll get whistling noises along with bass notes:(. I had thin wire, a fine tipped soldering iron and bought these from Amazon to do it: “USB Type-C Breakout Board Serial Basic Breakout Female Connector PCB Board” “USB Type C Anti Dust Plug 2 Pack USB C Port Plug Dust Cover” to stop air through port when not charging. TLDR; Too much work to fix, sell your broken one on eBay.

There are 2 common rechargeable cells in the battery case. They are easily replaceable by anyone with the minimal required skills, perhaps you know someone. Highly recommend using name-brand cells (Panasonic, Sanyo) from a reliable source.
