Marshall JCM2000 DSL100 vs Marshall Silver Jubelee 2555X

The DSL pails and have had one, a 50 Watt. It was just ok to me, have a JVM as well and the last Marshall I will sell is my Jubilee. The EQ section on the Jubilee outshines any other Marshall have tried.

I prefer DSL. It is better for rhythm and generally has more claws. Jubilee is nice sounding amp too. Thank you for nice demo my friend. ❤

I have a JCM 2000 DSL 100 and with a boost or OD pedal it can get close to the SJ at least what I'm hearing in this video

Silver jubilee all the way. I own this amp too and a jvm410h. I find I play the jubilee a lot more though. Recently nailed the slash settings too

Yes but the clean chanel is not good. The clean chanel on DSL is the best, and for more drive to. Jubelee is goos for vintage music, AC/DC, ZZ TOP..and...

@@ventsislavdosev I agree on that. You can’t balance a good clean and drive channel with same controls. That’s why slash will use separate heads for the 2 sounds. Annoying.

Yes, you can, I have footswitch but i don't use it for the demo.

No, clean to dirt. It is hard to dial the clean to dirt volume wise. It is why consider it the best single channel Marshall ever. Great effects loop, quiet and once you put the volume around 7 or so it sings
