If I could find a way to get Nuno’s tone on that first Extreme record, I my endless search would be over. “Percussive” is the magic word for killer 70’s/80’s tones. I may pick one up. I forgot all about those RAT pedals. Wampler makes one I may try, as well. That sounds spectacular! You could watch 100 videos of that pedal and not find one that has it dialed in , or used in the context of how you’re using it….to tighten it up, and add that unbelievable percussive, mid push. Outstanding! I can’t help but wonder how much that Fryette power amp is effecting that tone, as well…. Just SOOOOOO friggin good.

Sounds GREAT Ned! Just curious if you miss that 78' JMP you had. I revisited your clips of that JMP and had to dig mine outta studio/storage. Nice to be back with them.
