Sweet, what a day that must have been. I think I cried when I got my first plexi handwired 59. Do you still have it, is it reliable with the non hand wired board? Marshall has reduced prices and I can get one from Sweetstupid for 1600 bucks plus tax. Really enjoyed your playing and specification tour. Rock N Roll Eric❤

Eric is the 2203 circuit in the 210 it is in the 410. Eric check out Bogner Helios eclipse, awesome amp. As good as Marshall. Can I have some of your hair?

hey Eric was wondering if you (or anybody) could answer a question. Im thinking of getting a jvm 210 but am having trouble knowing where it stands vs the 410! I know that the jvm 210 Overdrive channel is the OD2 section from the 410, but what Im trying to compare is the clean channel! Is the clean on the 210 a mix of the clean and crunch channel of the 410?( like is it the green and amber from the 410 clean and the green from the 410 crunch circuit for example?) or does the jvm utilize just the clean section of the 410? thanks!

Honestly, its all about what you like! But for a couple years? I'd say if you're recording, and or gigging a bunch, then hell yeah! But if you're still finding time just to play in your room, maybe not so much. ( not that being a bedroom player is a terrible thing). Maybe try out something with less channels and options. Get to know YOUR own sound with the least gear possible, then by the time you have that down you'll be asking "why do I need a JVM?" Lol. Hope that helps. But in the end, you're gonna do what you want. I learned the hard way and spent many years wasting money and time on gear just cause it seemed popular, and actually didnt fit my playing at all. Now, after almost twenty years, I find that the least options allow me get the best sound out of my playing! If that makes sense. And something like a JVM would eliminate the need for me owning five amps.

Hes using a B52 Loudspeakers brand cab and one has been replaced with a v30. I have an oversized straight b52 cab and they're amazing. Inexpensive and very underrated. Well defined highs and tight, focused lows.

I think they are not quite as good as the 2000s soundwise, but the footswitch is just a lot better than on the jcms.

@@davesmith4757 yeah definately, but it depends on what your needs are, the jvm does everything very well whereas the jcm 2000 are imo not the best clean but a lot more punchy and direct sounding in crunch and lead

Nope 410 is not needed. I’ve toured with both. 210h is the killer.

Odd, I like the "clean" channel's distortion much better. It's got more bass and is fatter. Maybe you don't have the bass up as high on the distortion channel or something. *shrugs* Good video, though !
