Because he got in a motorcycle accident and is probably still in the hospital. I wish he could've atleast become a palette swap with his own voice lines though for Marshall somehow, Forest is pretty cool

Tbh I just wanna see the guy make an appearance again, he was the first character I ever played (I was introduced to the series through TK3 on my uncle's emulator) so he holds a place in my heart
