Why not both cabs? I run a stereo setup thru a closed back 4/12 and an open back 4/10. Best of both worlds!

I don't run a stereo setup... But I think in this video the combo's speaker is also used with the 412.

Hi. At the back side of the amp there are outputs like the head version. You can choose 1#16 ohm, 2#16 ohm... And so on...
