Just have to give a huge shout out to you Jamila! I used this recipe yesterday to try on my smores cupcakes... last time I made it the marshmallow meringue flattened after an hour and worse the next day. I tested the S*** out of this recipe, drew circles on foil and piped into the circle waited, put it in the fridge after a while, then took it out after a couple hours and had it sit out all night and it did not move a smidge! I frosted the cupcakes thinking the worst that could happen was i'd have to scrape it off and try again tomorrow, but when i checked the cupcakes this morning they were still sitting PERFECT!! i was so excited! Just wanted to give you some great feedback and a Thanks!!!

When you will Sugar see is completely dissolve into water just take a drop of sugar and pour into cold water if it's not dissolving in water then it's done.

Hi!! no it doesnt , its more like a frosting with a marshmallow taste, but in my channel i do have a Marshmallow recipe it contains gelatin for the texture.

Hello, Using it straight away is the best, but it should last up to 2 days in the fridge. Or you can just make Half the quantity.

Yes it has to be at exactly 235 Degrees Fahrenheit. Anything less you will end up with a runny syrup

You need to make sure that you are using a stand mixer not a hand mixer. And the sweetness is perfect for me because i love Marshmallows and this tastes exactly like Marshmallows without the gelatin texture
