To the best of my knowledge, you can grab someone out of shield break with Ganon normally, you just have to wait till just before they hit the ground. It doesn't convert into much, and IMO it's definitely not optimal, but it can be done normally as far as I'm aware

13:58 I'm pretty sure that's not a Peach's counter thing and it's a Ken's shoryuken thing. I play Roy and if I ever counter Ken's shoryuken it always hits me with the second hit of shoryu before my counter hitbox comes out. I've never tested it with other counters or anything but Ken's shoryu eats counters up from what I've seen, at least certain ones anyway. It's dumb
