Thank you for making this video and for including all of your observations on it. Those details are important, and give a feel for your experience. You are right; being on time or close to it is very important. Regular riders put up with the uncertainty at times but shouldn't have to. Hope you enjoyed your stay here.

Their service looked typical of other bus services I've used in other cities. Also, I frequently use RTD Denver, and as a policy for their bus service, they don't mind if the driver is a few minutes late--just NEVER early. If the bus arrives five minutes late, people who want to catch that bus, will catch that bus. If it arrives at a stop early, someone who made it on time wouldn't have a chance.

Good point, I had never thought of that. That is a really good point. I guess my main problem is the lack of wayfinding on the busses. Even in bus terminals all it is is the number and destination and maybe one singular schedule. Wayfinding needs to be easier, because even in this age of techonology where we do most of it on our phones, your phone could be dead, or you could also choose to not bring your phone, or not know how to use the wayfinding app, a myriad of reasons exist. But that being said, you bring up a really good point, which I will keep in mind in the future if I ever do another review of a local bus system! Thank you so much for watching the video and commenting!!! :)

Your grandparents live in Atlanta? My stepbrother lives in downtown Atlanta across from Freedom Park. He's lived there for over 20 years and loves it.
