Thanks for this. Argerich's discography indicates that this concerto has been recorded on October 28th, 1983.

I have just checked this again. As you can hear at the end of the recording, the radio announcer explicitly said: ‘That was a recording from the Kurhaus in Baden-Baden from 1988.' That's the only source I have. By the way: What you are apparently referring to, is not Argerich's official discography but a private Japanese website with quite some typos and inaccuracies. Which date is correct now would first have to be verified.
