I’ve made this pie several times! I have my own blueberry bushes and usually the night before I make this I sprinkle the blueberries with sugar and a little butter and let them sit overnight, otherwise this pie can be a bit tart

That was so cool to see a different way to make a lattice topping. I've done it on top of the pie and getting pie juices on parts of it always made it difficult to "weave". I need to try this topping on the my next pie! Yay!

I was interested to see how runny/thick the filling was. I usually use flour so was curious to see how the corn starch behaved. I never seem to get it right usually too runny or too thick. 😃
