Also, I wouldn't discount what Martha teaches. She teaches people to be self-sufficient. To grow, cultivate or make their own everything. She teaches important skills that unfortunately, have been lost or forgotten. The instruction she gives not only helps one save money, but it also is a healthier lifestyle with far more healthful unprocessed foods.
