The world is lucky to have you Martha. Your attitudes re. cooking are so wonderful and, frankly speaking, inspiring. Your willingness to share your recipes and ideas about cooking is remarkable! Thank you!

The printed recipe for the chicken soup isn't exactly all of what Martha does in the video. I watched it and added the extra information to the printed recipe. This is an absolutely delicious chicken soup.....Thank you, Martha!

Hi Martha, I’ve been making chicken soup recipes handed down from 3 generations. I also strain the first batch but take out the carrots. I love adding fresh carrots and celery in the end. I’m making it now for high holidays and it looks delicious. Like you said everyone has their version…. I love yours, thank you

I would have taken the sheet pan full of chicken pieces and roasted them off then put them in the water with flavouring veg and simmer away. That’s just my personal preference and my mom always did it that way after having turkey or roasted chicken.

I always keep learning different ways to cook with Martha who is an all time favorite of mine. Funny I was going to make minestrone soup tomorrow as it has gotten a little chilly outside and though soup would be a good idea. Thank you, Martha for the wonderful spinach cream soup recipe that I would like to try one day with some mini croutons. Really sounds delish!

One should ALWAYS wash the hands with soap & water after handling raw chicken. I sure hope Martha did that during that 18 minutes. Raw chicken is toxic. But, the chicken soup looks so good.

Please please please, give us a thorough tutorial on Korean bone broth. It's supposed to be one of the reasons they have lovely supple skin that ages so gracefully, and I'm very interested in doing that 😉 However, when I tried following a recipe, it tasted like road kill. I'm thinking I got the wrong bones, as I couldn't find ox tail.

The way the spinach soup is made doesn’t make sense. You throw away all the goodness. I suggest you put the raw spinach into the pan after the onions are cooked with no extra water. Steam for 5 minutes. Then add the stock . And whatever else. Then use immersion blender to purée everything together. You don’t throw away any of the nutrients. I’ve been doing it like that for 20 years. It’s the best
