Here in Iceland I was taught to make an American toast. It is just an egg mixed with a little milk. Then the toast is soaked in the mixture and fried in butter on a hot pan. Served with jam, syrup or nutella. God bless you and your family ❤

Моя мама примерно так же готовила нам батончики на завтрак, когда мы собирались в школу. Она обжаривала батончики на сливочном масле, а затем заливала их яично-молочной смесью. American recipes use orange and lemon peel in various dishes, but are there any wax, preservatives, or pesticides on peels? In my country orange and lemons are imported, and the peel have preservatives and other chemicals on them, which makes me uneasy about using the peels. I’m always wondering about that. 🍊🍋
