I get what you are referring to. She had to do that though because the guests are allotted a small window of time for their segments. She had to take control and speed things up. In order for the segment and commercials (which pay for the show) to air before the show ends, she had to speed him up because he was taking entirely too much time explaining the benefits of each ingredient. There were a lot of ingredients and some weren't even mentioned because they were running out of time.
