Very nice instructions on how to wash, remove skins, dry in the sun, and then make the flour. I only eat beans that have soaked for 2 days and have begun to Sprout. I didn't know how to dry them so I could grind them. Thank you.

You havè to keep it in water for at least 10 days to get rid of the bitterness but the next step that is what am trying to know how
@haninnamir61162 жыл бұрын
@@houssientormos6373 I ended up buying Lubin flour from a local market where they make all kind of flours on the spot. I made a pizza dough with it one time and I do not recomend at all, the earthy flavor of the lupin flour is is just not good. I threw it away un the end (pizza and flour). Honestly now when I try to do keto I just stick with meats and I don't bother any type of flour, it's less disappointing in the end, because nothing comes close to real flour. Good luck

Also lentils , I have a few ideas on what to put in it , beans are so good for fiber and protein , I don't just plan on drinking it , I like to use vegan protein powders in my foods , breakfast and mid day .

Hello sis, I wish I could give you 10 thumbs up for this video. I'm preparing foodstuff because I need to join my family as soon as lockdown is over. Unfortunately, the usual brands of beans powder we get here in Lagos are obviously mixed with all sorts and ruins the taste of food. I was just browsing through how I can make my own beans flour, and viola!! your video pops up. So 2 questions: 1. Any additional preservative for the beans flour? 2. How long can the beans flour last before expiry? ok, third question (sorry) 3. Can I season with dry herbs and spices when blending eg dry ginger, pepper etc? Thanks in advance of your response. Mwaah!!!
@MARTHASWORLD4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. As long as it’s really dry and stored in an airtight container, it can last for years without preservatives. You can season with herbs if you want to but not advisable as herbs tends to lose potency after a while

WHY do you soak dry beans and then dry them before making into flour? Can't one just grind the already dried beans? Does it grind up better/ easier? I hope I hear an answer from you. I can't find an answer to this anywhere. Thanks☺️
