ไม่ได้คะ เนื้อถั่วมีส่วยของแป้งและ ส่วนของโปรตีนในแป้ง ผลลัพธ์จะไม่ได้แป้งถั่วเขียวคะ

Yes you can, although haven't tried to make those thin glass noodles (mung bean noodles ) yet. I have a video on how to make cellophane noodles that you should check it out. Thank you for watching 💖

It depends on how humid your area is, it should take a day or two 👌

Mung bean has a unique kind of starchy which I don't think other beans has, but try and please let me know how it turns out 💖🥰

I actually had to Google the name 😆😅 ลิมกลืน...yes if the recipe said that you would need mung bean starch= แป้งถั่วเขียว then you can use it in any recipe just like store bought mung bean starch kaaaa🥰

ต้องลองคิดหาเมนูทำคะ มันเป็นกากถั่วรวมเปลือกที่รสสำผัสอาจจะไม่เหมาะกับทำขนมหวานเท่าไหร่ แต่อาจจะเอาไปนึ่งแล้ว ผัดกับรากกระเทียมพริกไทย อาจจะเป็นไส้ขนมเทียนไส้เค็ม แบบอร่อยๆได้นะคะ💖👩‍🍳

In dry condition rice flour or any dry flour can be stored for a looooong time 🤓. There's no difference from store bought or home made when it come to flour only maybe fine texture.

แป้งข้าว คือ แค่เอาข้าวมาบดให้ละเอียดแล้วร่อน เก็บไว้ในที่แฟังและไม่ชื้น แค่นั้นก็ได้แปังข้าวแล้วคะ 😊

In this video I used approximately 200-300 g of mungbean and after soak in water över night it's looked like it double its size. I got around a half cup of starch 👌 I would recommend you make more coz when you get your starch it can be stored for years 💖👩‍🍳

แป้งข้าวเหนียวไม่ต้องทำแบบนี้คะ ใช้ข้าวสารข้าวเหนียว นำไปปั่น/บด แล้วกรองกรือร่อนจนละเอียด แล้วก็ใช้ได้เลยคะ👩‍🍳💖
