Thanks SO MUCH for posting this. I bought the album 40 years ago and had never seen the original production because it wasn’t available in the U.S. and Canada. I always LOVED the music so it was a dream come true to finally see it. By the way, did anyone notice that the keyboard player is Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Rod Argent, the leader of The Zombies, and the progressive rock band Argent? He’s still touring with The Zombies and continues to be an amazing musician.

The voice. The unblinking eye movements. The subtle changes of facial expression. 1st time I've seen it - 43 years later - on BBC4. Blew me away.

Thank you for sharing. I love the album, but I could only see the performance with Sarah Brightman, not the original. The production with Sarah is lovely, but Marti plays this part better than anyone !!

Ms Webb is/was brilliant. She survived her experience in the US and happily, is still with us. ALW is brilliant. There are about six very catchy songs in this. Don Black is brilliant. It must be time for a revival. But the terrible 1980s hair-styles have to go.
