At first I thought this said "Monster By Mistake", which is a real show about a boy with allergies who turns into a blue furry four fingered monster everytime he sneezes. And he makes friends with a jazz playing ghost who lives in his attic. The Monster Boy, along with his sister (who is practicing witchcraft to save her brother), try to stop a tiny purple horned demon man inside a crystal ball from taking over the world while also trying not to sneeze in front of a anybody, including a stereotypical bully, a cop lady, and a snooty old principal. The animation quality is only slightly better than this one.
