Martin and Lewis - "I Hear Music"/"My Heart Cries for You"

From May 20th, 1951 - First, a fairly unsuccessful attempt between Dean and Jerry to sing a duet for "I Hear Music." Following that is an almost as unsuccessful duet for "My Heart Cries for You."

ChocolateCake I'm sure it will, as long as we have these wonderful old videos to watch on You tube (or whatever technology they invent next). Many of us non-Americans have only discovered these amazing archives through this medium because we weren't lucky enough to see the original programmes, which weren't broadcast in our own countries.

I agree. It's especially adorable, I think, that it's almost certainly a nervous tick of some sort. To see that someone so famous does have his nerves tested when in front of a huge audience & on live TV, shows that they're still human. But that's just my opinion.

I think they needed to break up so I can he both could do what Interested each of them. Jerry and his movies... He did everything that is invovle in making movies. That was something he would never be able to do with Dean. Now Dean on the other hand he was prefect with whatever he touch... Movie, singing, variety shows, night clubs...we would never of seen that side of Dean if they stay together. Yes they was a great time but they really needed to move on so they could grow. So glad they made a brief appearance together on Jerry's teleathon in 1976. We can be happy we have KZbin to enjoy all of them. They broke up 1 1/2 years before I was born so I am really so glad we have KZbin now days.

@lotsandlotsofbubbles No, he definitely says dieting. "Dirty" sounds more like "doity." You can hear the "i" in dieting when he says it and there is three syllables versus two. It really is hard to tell with Jerry haha. But he doesn't say "dirty" like that :)
