The banner sounds like it’s got way more volume than the typical J45! That’s why I always bought Martins instead of Gibsons bec the volume difference was so different. But THAT Gibson has got some volume. I like that !

The Gibson Advanced Jumbo would have been the real comparison for the Martin. Gibson AJ most powerful guitar they ever made. The bone crusher it was called. It was produced specifically to compete with the D28 at the time.

Hi there! its awesome! Im curious banner J45 1942, the top didn't see any aged on it!? or just can't shoot cleary by camera? Gibson treat VOS finish on 1942 banner j45, right? or this one is customized NEW vintage finish, like Wildwood spec. ? I very want the1942 banner j45! Its gorgeous!!!

Yeah! Maybe we can't see any difference to it. Because of sunburst color.

@@sweetsound8024 Thanks. I’m considering ordering one but there are so few sound samples out there. I Already have the 50’s J-45 that I’m very happy with but thinking about upgrading! You know how it is! :-)
