Martin Braithwaite eats Indonesian food such as Beef Rendang, Ayam Geprek, Gado-Gado, Nasi Goreng!
Martin plays for RCD Espanyol in LALIGA and has tried Indonesian food before when he visited Bali and Sumba in Indonesia.
He is joined by his wife Anne-Laure Braithwaite at the Gado Gado Restaurant.

Lots of spices and herbs in Rendang .Ginger,galangal fresh Tumeric, lemongrass,fennel,cumin,coriander ,star anise cinnamon,hot chillies,cardamon,candle nut Salam leaf kaffir leaf,sometimes Tumeric leaf ,pandan leaf( optionsl,),prawn paste,(optionsl)sweet soy sauce,palm sugar,coconut milk toasted n blended,pepper or black pepper and salt. .

If you were on Madrid, go to Sabor Nusantara. I’m Indonesian and I’ve been there 2020 and 2023, the owner is an Indonesian(s) and they were imports spices from indonesia. In my opinion, they had a very close to Indoneisan cuisine taste in Spain.

it's not ayam geprek sir, but ayam penyet, because ayam geprek is crispy chicken pressed. similar with pressed and chili but not the same. But actually thanks for show menu in Indonesia❤

oohh unfortunatly in your dish not original version beef rendang from padang. the real nasi rendang are cooked very long boiled with coconut milk or santan. you will got creamy and got layer precipation taste of coconut milk, is look like sauce.
