I've watched all three episodes of your cooking show on how to bake sourdough bread. I'm a huge fan of Virgin River, and have watched the 3 seasons in the last 2 weeks. It's been my saviour during lockdown and curfew in Melbourne Australia. I love Jack and Mel! I have to say you two are hilarious here, and I just love watching you banter with each other! Virgin River is awesome! Keep the series rolling in... this is the kind of series I have been looking for, for a lifetime and yes Alex people are wanting to actually watch this kinda stuff! lol. And a bonus we get to see the beautiful Canadian countryside. (Yes I know its supposed to be set in California). Anyway, I'm glad I found your show, I am looking fwd to the 3rd season....seems like a lifetime away! tell Martin & Alex instead flouring the bowl, to spray oil the bowl before putting the dough into it to rise, or better is use ev olive oil and roll the dough in the oil, then oil a piece of plastic and put over the bowl and the a damp cloth on that, put it in the oven to rise over night, next morning heat oven to 450, remove cloth (tea towel and plastic ) put 2 cookie trays on the lower shelf of the oven , fill with hot water, on middle rack of oven put in bread, bake until top is lightly (n15 min) brown, lower oven to 400, bake for 5 to 10 more minutes. oh, I have convection oven so the temps may be different good luck you are great together on the series

Just finished season two... of which I should get some sort of award just for being that patient and waiting this long.... I didn’t want to watch it in November as I wanted to wait until all the Christmas stuff was out of the way and I’ve just binged season one (again) and then season two back to back... got my lazy butt off the sofa only a couple of times with plenty of Chinese food and wine... I do have a confession though I’m not as interested in any of the other storylines as much as I am with Jack and Mel... but I’m sure that’s most of us ...my least favorite are the teenagers and I understand as the books continue it centers on those two so I probably will have to go back and watch season one and two over and over again... sorry, those two don’t do anything for me....hoping the upcoming seasons won’t center on them 😞because there’s nothing better than watching you two on screen🔥🔥 your chemistry is just explosive enjoyable romantic sensuous playful and what we definitely need during these lock down pandemic times....Ive never read the books which is astonishing because I’m a huge book lover but a part of me doesn’t want to know what happens because if Martin and Mel don’t end up together it will indeed suck eggs....or bread🍞🍞 speaking of bread Martin you done good sir 👍👍
