Martin Nonstatic - Gilli Nangu

After releasing a spate of projects independently, Cologne-based creator Martin Nonstatic presents his solo debut for Binemusic. The aptly titled Inner Landscapes is an effective introduction to the German producer’s deeply intimate sonic world. His amorphous take on techno seamlessly incorporates elements of dub, minimal, electronica and ambient. Standouts include the gorgeously sparse ‘Soul Beauty’, the Jan Jelinek-like throb of the title track, the sensuous vocal chops and surging sub-bass of ‘Albedo Effect’ and the crisp dub chords of ‘Gilli Nangu’.
