I bought one today... And played it for 5 hours straight. Love this guitar.

I just bought one tonight, I was really impressed with the sound. It just sounds so good. It also has a really distinct wood smell on the inside like other Martins.

I've just watched this all the way through and thought you did a great job talking about this guitar and how it's directed at the gigging musician, all which I'm sold on, but you never demoed how the pickup sounds, something crucial for the gigging guys and gals out there. Again, overall great job!

Played one this week, and compared it to two of the higher-end versions available in the same store (can't remember the models; maybe the 13 and 28?). This version was hands-down the best. The satin finish went a long way for helping the guitar sound much less compressed, and more balanced, which seemed to be detrimental to the spruce-top offerings. It's by no means the loudest acoustic (especially when compared to Martins of similar size and comparable material), but it was incredible balanced and played like a dream. if I had the money, I'd like to have one. It was a fun and enjoyable instrument.

So I play in prisons in the U.S. this guitar is unbelievable in the worst of situations!!! The only downfall is if you EVER try to do any knocking on the wood the system inside will fall off. Had to take to shop. And the pick guard stabbed me in Seg twice so it’s been removed. But I LOVE this guitar! My absolute favorite. Great video by the way.

Okay, so im not a huge fan of the looks, and idk if it's just your mic, but this guitar has the best sound I've heard for this price point.

There are lots of great guitars coming out of the Navajo factory. I have a Martin DX1RAE that is amazing for the money.

I have gotten to play a few martins. They usually have really low action with no buzzing. Can this be achieved with this model?

I asked the Martin support help line (because there are conflicting statements online), and the response I got was "solid sapele top, back, and sides".
@kiml.46911 ай бұрын
@@ShaneOpeno is that stands for "all solid"?
@ShaneOpeno10 ай бұрын
@@kiml.469 Yes. All solid top, all solid back, all solid sides.
@brsproductions61179 ай бұрын
They do both you have to look in the sound hole to see if there are layers or if its a solid piece of wood you can look up how to check for yourself

You never indicate if you're playing through an amp or unplugged. That's important.

You can see the cord coming out of the guitar. It’s plugged into an amp.

you took 11 min. explaining the SC serios - YEAH we know that, what is the difference in your opinion of the Sapele? woods, inlays ect. why should I get the sapele instead of the 13e? you wasted my time!
