I think what a lot of people don't get about happiness is that some of the best moments in life are not when we did something amazing for OURSELF, but rather FOR others. Sure it is about one's general well-being and satisfaction, however, what also plays a part in it is contribution. Just like Martin Seligman has said many times over, including in his famous TED talk, in order to live a life of, not only engagement, but also meaning, we need to know our highest strengths and to use those to contribute and serve

Thanks for the interview. Learned Optimism is a very good book. Especially useful during these times.
