This is great! I was Martin's personal assistant when the show closed in Adelaide in 1987. I was 18 and it was my first job in professional theatre. And what an experience it was!

No. He wanted to achieve a better pay for everyone. And finally signed, so that Gordon Jackson's widow, Lewis and everyone else could get paid, even if not so much as Martin Shaw tried to negotiate.
