Hi, i need some help, i have similar equipment, but the machine stopped working properly. When i push start It only fold up one sheet and light "Jam" turns on, but its nothing jammed. Also when fold the sheet the counter doesn't count on the lcd screen. What could it be?

I have bought last summer a martin yale 1217a machine autofolder from your website but I did not manage to get even a single corect folding. I think this machine is badly broken. I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to do work. I will post a movie to show the questionable quality of the machine's output. Very disapointing.

I am sorry to hear that your machine is not working as expected. Have you called our customer service before to see what your options are? Do you know if the machine is under warranty? We have repair technicians on site who could look at your machine and fix any problems, too. I recommend calling our customer service to find out what you can do to hopefully fix your problem.

I just bought one of these as well and it is a big piece of crap. I wish I could send It back. It is okay for a half fold but tri-fold it and it is horrible. My 1990s 1217a is way better than this. There is not one upgrade to this machine except multifold and there is no way you would do this as it would ruin more of your books than it folded. DO NOT BUY MARTIN YALE MACHINES. The rulers are not even put on there correctly, they are stickers put on by poorly trained children.

DO NOT BUY MARTIN YALE. They are horrible at multifolds, each piece is folded differently as there is nothing to make sure it goes in straight. No top rollers or anything. There are holes like there should be something there but there is not. You will get rubbing on the metal guides because each piece is brought into the machine crooked. I will be selling this on ebay as soon as a much nicer model from a better company arrives. Nothing is upgraded from their old machines, also the new machine does not have a variable control like the old ones. Bad upgrade from my old machine.
