I was privileged to play there last October when I traveled up for a wedding. Definitely felt like I was playing in The Open. Wind, fast, and beautiful. I tell my friends it's the North East Pebble Beach! What a fun round with you and your caddy.

Imagine paying $555.00 dollars to play a miserable windy course all day that kicks your ass. I mean seriously , its like Pebble Beach. If you get a morning t-time the wind is real low , as soon as 11 oclock comes around its a constant 15-25 mph.

I'm from Oklahoma, and a +4. former d1 guy at OSU; we embrace the wind. So, from my perspective, you are saying, why climb MT Everest, when you can do holiday hill? You must not understand competitive men. I would slope this course in these conditions well over 150, I would do it for the personal achievement, as shooting 66 at my local muni doesn't cut it anymore.... same reason big guys lift bigger weights at the gym....

@@MrHazz0 Played 3 years on the hooters tour back in the early 90's. Always had problems with windy conditions. You boys in OK grew up with wind as a part of your daily grind. Thats why you guys are great ball strikers. Watch the wind roll in this weekend at the Open Championship and swallow some of the best players in the world.
