Such a great tour of the course. Thanks so much for the ground level view. I have to think that windy conditions like that will give a huge advantage to the best ball strikers and guys with more experience in windy conditions. Guys like Lee Westwood, Shane Lowry and Rory MacIlroy for example, grew up playing links golf. US guys like Brooks Keopka and Xander Schauffle who hit it so solidly ought to fare well as well. Wind? What wind? (ha) I played a seaside mountain course in Japan a few weeks ago. The wind was so strong they had no flags on the flag sticks and they were still being bent 45 degrees by the wind. You'd get buffeted by the wind on a tee shot so hard that it would knock you out of position. I'd never played anything like it before. Was crazy. Not my best score that day. ha Thanks for the vid!
