Method of preparation
We make yeast from warm milk, one tablespoon of sugar, a little flour and yeast. In a larger bowl, mix plain flour, salt, oil and the remaining sugar (5 tablespoons). Add yeast and make a smooth non-stick dough, add flour or milk as needed. Let it rise in a warm place for about an hour. Then roll the dough to a thickness of about half a centimeter and with a cutter or a mug (I used a diameter of about 10 cm) cut out the circles, which we place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. With the underside of a small jam glass, make a depression in the middle of each circle, insert the jam and sprinkle with the dust, which we prepared by mixing flour, sugar and butter. Brush the edges with beaten egg and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 to 20 minutes. After baking, let it cool on the grill.
