Is terrible how since Windows 10 the oobe process is longer and longer with a lot of steps to setup with a Microsoft Account and set privacy settings and a lot of uselees information. Windows 11 is even worse because if you installed in a computer but you still do not have internet (maybe because you have to install the wifi drivers) you can not continue the oobe steps. You need to write some commands on the Terminal like a Linux guy. The Windows Vista/7 oobe was the better one.

When installing the system for the first time. To work properly and make it show up, proper graphics driver should be detected by the installation program.

If I don't remember bad, even though you supposedly didn't make it show in system installation, you can find the oobe program by finding a folder: C:\Windows\System\oobe
